Our Return Policy
ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
Assembly and other items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Special order items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
NO returns will be accepted without original packaging.
Sales are FINAL on any cut goods (i.e. carpet, vinyl, countertops, etc.), non-warrenty, closeout items, damaged, scratched, or seconds products. No Refunds or Exchanges are allowed on these items.
Merchandise returned within the 30 days from sale in acceptable condition is subject to 25% restocking fee, regardless if the merchandise has left the premises.
YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS. Any merchandise left in the store for more than 30 days will be returned to inventory and may not be guaranteed in stock. If the item is not in stock and the customer wants a refund, the 25% restocking fee will apply and a refund will be granted.
When issuing refunds, we will refund charges made by credit card back to the card used for the purchase. We will provide refunds on gift cards or any other method of payment.
Tax Exempt Customers
ALL Sales Tax Exempt Customers:
Must be approved by our corporate office*
Must pay sales tax prior to corporate approval
Must provide current documentation as required by state law

We Accept Checks
If you have a valid driver's license, phone number, and physical address, make your check to us from your bank account. Must be drawn on a U.S.A. based bank. Checks with PO Box addresses will not be accepted.
Loading Policy
We are happy to help load something into your vehicle! Please fill out our load release form in store. You are responsible for securing the load in your vehicle.
